Return and cancellation informationYou have plenty of time to re-consider your purchase: If you regret your purchase within 14 days after receipt, you may return the items for a refund or exchange to other items, provided that the returned item(s) are unopened with seals unbroken and in the same condition as received.
Notice: The products should be send to the seller, and not to designboost.dk!!!
You find the address on the delivery receipt, which was send with your order. If you are doubting, you can always contact us for more information. Shipping charges are paid by the customer. Please do not forget to include a copy of the invoice!
Warranty
You have 2 year’s of guarantee on all the products you bought on designboost.dk The guarantee periods starts at the day you receive the product and ends after 2 years. If you receive a broken or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible. Write a mail to return@designboost.dk
The warranty covers faults and defects. The warranty does not cover self-inflicted damages.
