1. Buying

1.1. How much is the shipping and handling?
Designboost.dk is a platform for designers from all over Europe. That’s why the shipping costs are customized for each item, and you’ll find them in the product descriptions.
Just choose your country from the little pull-down menu, next to every item.
In case of extraordinary notes to the delivery of a certain product, you will find them as well in the individual product description.

1.2. Which payment methods are accepted at designboost.dk?
The following credit cards can be used on designboost.dk: Visa, Mastercard, Dankort and Visa Elektron.
It is also possible to pay via paypal.
You don’t need to pay any credit card or pay pal fees, since designboost.dk is taking care of that.
Moreover you can pay via bank transfer. Notice: If you choose that payment method your goods will first be send  when the money is credited to the sellers account.

2. Selling

2.1 How do I sell my products on designboost.dk?

Write an email with the following content to selling@designboost.dk :
 

   
•    Short product description

   
•    Price

Please attach a picture!
We will check each item personally, and you will get a feedback from us on weekdays within 48 hours.
If you want to sell download products please note that you need to own the copy rights!

2.2 What do I have to do, when I got accepted as new seller at designboost.dk?
1.    Create a sellers account:

Click on the following link:  www.designboost.dk/merchants.html

Go to „Your account“ , “Login or create new account“ “New seller”
Enter your contact information.
You will receive a confirmation email. Attached to the email we send you our “Terms and conditions for sellers”

2.    Accept our Terms and conditions for sellers

Click on the following link:  www.designboost.dk/merchants.html
 

   
• On the main page click on “confirm” terms and condition

   
• You’ll  be redirected to the shopping cart. Click “confirm” again

   
• Check your address information and click on “continue”

   
• Accept our “terms and conditions“ click on “continue”

   
• Check all entered information and click “confirm” once more.

   
• Finished! You will receive another confirmation email from us.

3. We’ll check all the entered information,  and  activate your account
 As soon as your account is activated, will you receive another email from us.
Now you can upload your products. Follow the pdf manual you received with Email number 2.

2.3 How can I upload my products?

As soon as your account is activated, will you receive an email from us.

and log into your account
Follow the step-by-step manual “Upload products”
You’ll find the manual here as a pdf file.
We will check your entries, translate the product description and upload your products into the main shop afterwards.

2.4What happens with your pictures and product descriptions?

We translate your descriptions into German and Danish.

Afterwards we upload your products into the main shop.

You will receive an  email by us with the item number.

We’ll take care of the marketing, but you’re of course welcome to tell others about designboost.dk.

2.5 What happens if your goods got sold?

On weekdays you will within 24 hours receive an email. An order is attached as a pdf-file.

You can optional choose to get an sms send, That service will cost you 25 cents for each sms.

On the order you will find the following information:
  

• Order number

   
• Your seller number

   
• Payment method

   
• Shipping address

   
• Item number and item name

   
• Quantity

   
• The price incl. The shipping costs

   
• The commission
•  

You will also receive a packing slip. Please print it out and include it into your delivery.
The customer can find the sellers address on the packing slip, in case he/she wants to return his/her purchase.

If a sale got paid via bank transfer, please send the items as soon as the money got credited to your bank account.

With all other payment methods the money got already credited to the account of designboost.dk, and you can send your items right away.

Please send us an email, when the order got sent, so we can inform the costumer.

If you don’t have the item on stock, in opposition to what you declared to us, please inform us immediately. Don’t forget to add the order number and item number.

If the costumer regrets his bargain due to the delivery delay, and we have to send the money back to the costumers account, the fee for the transfer will be covered by the seller, if we didn’t get informed about the delay.

2.6 When do you get your money?

If your goods got paid via bank transfer, you will receive the money after the costumer transferred it to your bank account.
All other payment methods, are based on the following:

The money is paid out twice a month at the 1.st and the 15.th, and after the ending of the right of withdrawal (14days) + shipping time.

2.7 What happens if the costumer regrets his purchase and returns the goods?
If you buy things online, you have 14 days to regret your bargain. The costumer will send us a letter or email, that he wants to send his goods back. Or he will send the goods directly to you.

If you received the goods, and they are in the same condition as when you sent them, please let us know via email, so we can transfer the money back to the costumers account.
If the purchase got paid via bank transfer, you have to transfer the money to the costumer.

Please notice: Due to the German law, the seller has to pay the return shipping costs if the items he/she sold cost more than 40€!

There is no right of withdrawal for download products!

2.8 How much is our commission?

Only if your products got sold, you have to pay a commission to us.

The commission is plus 25% VAT.
If you have a VAT ID number, please declare it when you open your account. In that case we can bill the commission without VAT, if you come from another European country besides Denmark.
If your goods get paid via bank transfer, our commission is 5% for all products.
   
If the purchase gets paid via credit card or paypal, the commission is depending on the amount, and you can take it out of the list above. The extra cost goes to the credit card companies.

There is no more hidden costs for the sellers.

2.9 What should you remember if you go on vacation?

If you go on vacation, and you don’t have anybody who can send your goods to the costumers, please send us a mail to hawaii@designboost.dk
Tell us when you going to be back from vacation, so we can change the delivery time of your products.



2.10 What shall I do, if I don’t want to sell one of my items anymore?

If you don’t want to sell one of your items anymore, please send an email to selling@designboost.dk. Please remember to add the item number and seller number.

3. Download

3.1 What do I have to do, if I want to buy a download product?

You can buy download products on designboost.dk.
Download products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

If you would like to buy a download product, you have to open a costumers account at designboost.dk.
After you paid your products, we will open the download link within 24 hours during weekdays. You will receive an email from us, when your download link is activated.
Go to www.designboost.dk and log into your account. Click on the order. Here you can see the download link.  On the right hand side you can see, how often you are allowed to download the file.
